Joseph Spino

Candidate for Town Council

Joe is a life-long resident of Watertown, where he lives with his wife of 42 years, Joanne. He attended Watertown schools and Mattatuck Community College.

While new to Watertown politics, Joe served in several leadership roles in his union, including Chief Steward and, after retiring, Secretary-Treasurer I. B. E. W. Retired Members Club # 420. He is not affiliated with any political party, but is running as an Independent Party candidate as he believes their platform will benefit all the people of Watertown.

Joe wants to serve on the Town Council as he believes we need new people with new ideas. He wants people raised in Watertown to be able to afford to live here. He believes the citizens of Watertown deserve a government that is open, transparent, and accountable.
