To the Editor,


The Watertown-Oakville Independent Party opposes the new Public Participation policy and sign-in requirements imposed by the Republican members of the Watertown Town Council.  The Independent Party opposes any restrictions against the First Amendment rights of the citizens of Watertown and Oakville.
